Power Rankings Week 14 | Where do the Chiefs Rank After Sunday's Win Over the Broncos?

Here’s a look at the latest “NFL power rankings” from around the web

The Kansas City Chiefs held on to win their seventh game in a row on Sunday while officially clinching a playoff berth for a sixth-straight year and claiming the top spot in virtually all the NFL "power rankings" from around the web.

Kansas City once again landed atop NFL.com’s rankings this week, slotting in ahead of the New Orleans Saints, Pittsburgh Steelers, Green Bay Packers and Buffalo Bills.

Dan Hanzus' analysis was simple enough:

"The Chiefs clinched their sixth consecutive postseason appearance (tying a franchise record) and are one Raiders loss away from their fifth straight AFC West title. These guys are good."

Kansas City also checked in at No. 1 in Sports Illustrated's rankings this week after Sunday's victory, and they had some high praise for the reigning Super Bowl champions:

"The No. 1 passing offense in football, a top-10 rushing offense and a top-five defense. This team is complete, deep, well-coached and perpetually unbeatable…Nothing can stop them."

The folks at the Ringer placed the Chiefs atop their rankings as well while recognizing quarterback Patrick Mahomes' stellar campaign:

"It's because of Mahomes that the Chiefs have occupied the top spot in these rankings for five weeks straight. The playmaking signal-caller gives Kansas City a trump card that no other team has. No lead is safe against this squad."

Here's where the Chiefs landed in a handful of other power rankings from around the web:

ESPN: No. 1

CBS Sports: No. 1
