Power Rankings Week 17 | Where do the Chiefs Rank After Sunday's Win Over the Falcons?

Here’s a look at the latest “NFL power rankings” from around the web

The Kansas City Chiefs held on to win their 10th game in a row on Sunday to lock up the top seed in the AFC playoffs and preserve their standing atop the various NFL "power rankings" from around the web.

Kansas City once again checked in at No. 1 on NFL.com this week, slotting ahead of the Buffalo Bills, Green Bay Packers, New Orleans Saints and Baltimore Ravens. The Chiefs' résumé this season includes victories over three of the other four teams in the top five.

The Chiefs also landed atop the Sporting News’ rankings this week following an impressive performance by Kansas City's defense and special teams on Sunday:

"The Chiefs' offense had a rough day against the Falcons. But they got the job done with defense and special teams to remind everyone they are complete contender in trying to win Super Bowl 55, too."

Sports Illustrated placed the Chiefs in their No. 1 spot as well, citing Kansas City's ability to seemingly always find a way at the end of games:

"I've seen a lot of Harlem Globetrotters games over my lifetime, and Kansas City Chiefs games have taken on a similar vibe minus buckets of confetti. No matter what happens in the first 58 minutes, victory seems like a foregone conclusion."

Here's where the Chiefs landed in some of the other various power rankings from around the web:

ESPN: No. 1

The Ringer: No. 1
