In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium offers accessible seating for guests who require accommodations, including two seating options, subject to availability:

ADA Platform Seating

  • Located on elevated platforms on each level of the stadium
  • Offer enhanced sightlines to meet governmental requirements for wheelchair seating
  • Feature TVs nearby to assist guests with visual needs
  • Serve individuals in mobility devices, individuals who cannot climb stairs or walk long distances, or individuals with other related health conditions or needs

Limited Mobility Seating

  • Located within the last row of several seating sections
  • Aisle seats feature a retractable or removable armrest
  • Serve individuals who can walk a limited number of stairs/walk short distances or individuals with other related health conditions or needs

If guests with tickets in an accessible seating area are unable to attend a ticketed event, they are encouraged to contact the Chiefs Fan Experience Department at 816-920-4237 or fanexperience@chiefs.com in advance to exchange their tickets for a standard bowl seating location within the same price code, subject to availability. This will allow the Stadium to resell the accessible seats to guests who require similar accommodations.

Guests who need to exchange current tickets for accessible seating are able to contact the Chiefs Fan Experience Department a month prior to event day for assistance and are subject to availability. Same day relocations cannot be facilitated.

Any infringement of these Guidelines and/or false claims of a need for accommodation are violations of the ticketing terms and conditions and subject the ticketholder to revocation of tickets.

Assisted Listening Devices (ALDs)

ALDs are available during all major events and provide an amplified version of public address announcements; however, do not provide service to the play-by-play broadcast. Guests may visit Fans First 131 to check out an ALD, free of charge.

Closed Captioning

On Chiefs gamedays closed-captioned LED boards are found in both end zones beneath the Arrowvision boards.

Elevators

Elevators are available to guests in need of assistance getting to and from various levels. Please reach out to the Fan Experience Department (see above) for assistance in planning the best route.

Food Sensitivities

For guests with food sensitivities, please download the Chiefs Mobile App and reference our 'Amenities Guide' to view what concessions items are available and where.

For other allergies, please reach out to Fan Experience Department (see above) for further information on specific ingredients and food handling.

Medical Exceptions

The Kansas City Chiefs understand that some guests may require medically necessary items that would otherwise be prohibited. To accommodate these items and to ensure a smooth security screening process, we ask that guests with medical needs bring their items in a clear plastic bag and present their bag to staff upon entry for screening.

Mobility Carts

This accessibility service is for guests who are in need of additional accommodations for any mobility needs. The mobility cart service is available beginning three hours prior to kickoff, continuing throughout the entirety of the game. Requests are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis by the Fan Experience Department. To request a pre-game mobility cart, please contact the Fan Experience Department (see above) once you have parked inside of the Truman Sports Complex.

Starting in the fourth quarter, guests may access a mobility cart by exiting GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium at one of the following four gates: Hy-Vee Gate, T-Mobile Gate, GEHA Gate, and CommunityAmerica Gate. Mobility Carts will then do periodic pickups at the corners of these four gates. There may be an extended wait for this service during high volume times, which include kickoff and immediately following post game. We appreciate your patience as we work to assist guests in a timely fashion.

Nursing Lounge

Breastfeeding mothers that prefer a private location to nurse their child are welcome to use the Nursing Lounge located just inside Gate G. It features five gliders with an accompanying table and footrest as well as electrical outlets. A changing table, lockers and hand washing sink are also available to use. The Nursing Lounge also features a television dialed into the game so that moms don't miss a moment of the action.

Security and Screening

GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium is equipped with metal detectors that are safe for individuals with medical devices to utilize. To receive the best guest experience, we advise all guests enter the magnetometers when arriving at the security checkpoint. Alternatively, should a guest not feel comfortable or are unable to walk through the magnetometers, simply alert the security staff member who will then conduct a full-body pat search.

Sensory Kits

Sensory kits are available during all major stadium events to help guests self-regulate to reduce the impact of sensory stimuli. Guests may visit Fans First 131, Fans First 341, Fans First 318 or the GEHA Concierge desk to check out a kit, free of charge.

Sensory Rooms Presented by Window World

Two sensory rooms are located just inside Gate G on the Plaza Level. These rooms create a safe and calming environment for guests with sensory needs, allowing them to regulate and decompress. Each room is equipped with the proper items and tools best suited to help guests feel calm when overwhelmed.

Service Animals

Service animals who are trained to perform a task for an individual with a disability may accompany guests into GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium. Guests are responsible for all needs and actions of the service animal, including clean up. While it is not required, we encourage guests to contact the Fan Experience Department (see above) prior to gameday to best accommodate the needs of the guest and their animal. The recommended entry point for guests with service animals is GEHA Gate. All other animals are prohibited

Sign Language Interpreters

Signed performances can be provided for guests who are hard of hearing at select Arrowhead Events with proper advance notice of at least four weeks prior to the event date. Please contact the Chiefs Fan Experience Department at 816-920-4237 for further information.

Wheelchairs

Wheelchair attendants are available throughout gameday to transport guests to and from their seats upon their arrival to and departure from GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium. There is no fee for this service, and no reservations are necessary. To request wheelchair assistance, please contact the Fan Experience Department (see above).

Due to the limited availability of wheelchairs, attendants are unable to escort guests to the concession stands, the restroom, or other locations besides their seating location or to the exits of GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.
