  • Gate D
  • Sprint Gate
  • CommunityAmerica Gate
  • Tower Gate
  • HyVee Gate
  • Ticket Office Gate

For a list of elevators available, please see "Elevators".

Accessible Parking

Accessible parking is available in the front of Lots A, B, C, D, F, G, H and J and is available to guests with a registered state issued handicapped license plate or hang tag. Lots E and M are premium lots only. Accessible parking is available to guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are encouraged to contact the Fan Experience Department (see above) to request a courtesy cart, should the accessible parking be at maximum capacity or should they need assistance reaching the stadium from any location in the parking lots.

Accessible Pick-Up/Drop-Off

To request an accessible pick-up/drop-off pass, guests can contact the Fan Experience Department (see above) prior to gameday and provide a representative with their name, as well as the make, model, and color of the vehicle they plan to be dropped off in.

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is located on the Field, CommunityAmerica Club and Ford Fan Zone Levels. In addition to the person needing accessible seating, an adjacent companion seat may be purchased. Subject to space availability, up to three additional companion seats may be purchased. Accessible seating can be purchased online at To purchase tickets over the phone, please contact the Chiefs Ticket Office by calling 816-920-9400 or by emailing

To ensure necessary accommodations are available and to save time on gameday, the Chiefs recommend that guests in need of accessible seating purchase this seating option initially, to avoid having to exchange seats the day-of the game.

On event day, guests may visit the Fans First location closest to their original seating location to be relocated to an accessible seat. For an Arrowhead Stadium map, please click here. Fans First attendants will relocate guests to the most equivalent accessible seating location, subject to availability. This service is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Assisted Listening Devices (ALDs)

ALDs are available during all major events and provide guests an amplified version of public address announcements; however, do not provide service to the play-by-play broadcast. Please visit the Fans First Booth at section 114 for assistance. Devices are available free of charge and either a driver's license or credit card will be required until the ALD is returned. Failure to return the device will result in a replacement fee.

Closed Captioning

On Chiefs gamedays, closed-captioned LED boards are found in both end zones beneath the Arrowvision boards.

Courtesy Carts

The courtesy cart service is available beginning three hours prior to kickoff, continuing throughout the entirety of the game. Requests are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis by the Fan Experience Department. To request a pre-game courtesy cart, please contact the Fan Experience Department (see above) once you have parked inside of the Truman Sports Complex.

Following the game, guests may access a courtesy cart by exiting Arrowhead Stadium at one of the following four gates: HyVee Gate, Sprint Gate, Gate D and CommunityAmerica Gate. Courtesy carts will then do periodic pick-ups at the corners of these four gates. During high volume times, which are before kickoff and immediately post-game, we appreciate your patience as we work to assist guests in a timely fashion.

Elevators are available to guests in need of assistance getting to and from various levels. Please refer to the stadium maps here.

Medical Exceptions

The Kansas City Chiefs understand that some guests may require medically necessary items that would otherwise be prohibited. To accommodate these items and to ensure a smooth security screening process, we ask that guests contact the Fan Experience Department (see above) to request a note of medical exception prior to the game they will be attending.

Security and Screening

Arrowhead Stadium is equipped with metal detectors that are safe for individuals with medical devices to utilize. To receive the best guest experience, we advise all guests enter the magnetometers when arriving at the security checkpoint. Alternatively, should a guest not feel comfortable or are unable to walk through the magnetometers, simply alert the security staff member who will then conduct a full-body pat search.

Service Animals

Certified, leashed service animals may accompany guests with disabilities into Arrowhead Stadium. Guests are responsible for all needs and actions of the service animal, including clean up. While it is not required, we encourage guests to contact the Fan Experience Department (see above) prior to gameday to best accommodate the needs of the guest and their animal. All other animals are prohibited.

Sign Language Interpreters

Signed performances are provided for hearing-impaired guests at select Arrowhead Events. Interpretation services are not guaranteed for every event; however, every effort will be made to accommodate each request with appropriate advance notice, at least four weeks prior to the event. Please contact the Fan Experience Department (see above) for further information.

Wheelchair Assistance

Wheelchair attendants are available throughout gameday to transport guests to and from their seats upon their arrival to and departure from Arrowhead Stadium. There is no fee for this service, and no reservations are necessary. To request wheelchair assistance, please contact the Fan Experience Department (see above) or visit the nearest Fans First Booth upon arrival at Arrowhead Stadium.

Due to the limited availability of wheelchairs, attendants are unable to escort guests to the concession stands, the restroom, or other locations besides their seating location or to the exits of Arrowhead Stadium. Guests are encouraged to bring their own wheelchair to Arrowhead Stadium, should they need to utilize it throughout the event; however, must have a ticketed accessible seating location as there are no storage options.
