  • Second-year kicker enters his second season with the Chiefs in 2018.
  • In his NFL debut vs. Washington on October 2, 2017 Butker converted 26-, 32- and 43-yard field goals. His 43-yard field goal gave the Chiefs a 23-20 lead with four seconds left on the clock, sealing the game.
  • Originally entered the NFL as a seventh-round pick (233rd overall) by the Carolina Panthers in the 2017 NFL Draft.
  • With 38 made field goals during the 2017 season Butker holds the franchise record for most field goals made in a single season.
  • In the game against Denver (12/31/17), he converted two field goals and three PATs good for nine points. He owns 142 points for the 2017 eason, ranking first in franchise history for most points by a kicker in a single season, passing Nick Lowery’s previous mark of 139 set in 1990. His 142 points rank third in franchise history for most points in a single-season by a player at any position.
  • Butker converted a field goal in 13 consecutive games in 2017, giving him the second-longest individual streak in a single-season in franchise history behind Pro Football Hall of Fame kicker Jan Stenerud with 14.
