KANSAS CITY, Mo. â As one of 18 NFL clubs participating in the NFL's partnership with the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS), the Chiefs recognized six officiating groups from Chiefs Kingdom as the 2025 "Crews of the Month" from the 2025 high school football season.
In collaboration with the Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA) and the Kansas State High School Activities Association (KSHSAA), the Chiefs worked to identify the following people who show objectivity and fairness in rules and displayed an unwavering commitment as an official during each month of the 2025 season:

Each month, MSHSAA and KSHSAA officiating crews received nominations for five positions including referee, umpire, head linesperson, line judge, and back judge. At the conclusion of the season, each club's nominees were submitted to the NFHS and NFL to determine a National High School Officiating Crew of the Year chosen from the 18 total clubs who participated. The 2025 National High School Officiating Crew of the Year was announced on Jan. 21.
