Mike Bradway
Senior Director of Player Personnel
Biography
Mike Bradway enters his second season as the club's Senior Director of Player Personnel in 2022 after being promoted to the position in 2021. He originally joined the Chiefs in 2018, serving three seasons (2018-20) as Kansas City's Assistant Director of Player Personnel.
Prior to his time with the Chiefs, Bradway spent 10 seasons (2008-17) with the Philadelphia Eagles in various positions, where he worked with Chiefs Head Coach Andy Reid, who was the Head Coach/Executive Vice President of Football Operations for the Eagles, as well as Chiefs General Manager Brett Veach, who at the time was an assistant to the head coach as well as a scout in Philadelphia. He finished his time with the Eagles as the club's of Assistant Director of College Scouting (2016-17). He also held the same title with the team in 2014.
During his tenure with the Eagles, Bradway served as the southwest area scout (2015), eastern regional scout (2013), northeast area scout (2011-12), college scouting coordinator (2010) and the college scouting assistant (2008-09).
A former tight end out of Villanova University, Bradway played four years (2004-07) before graduating in 2008 with a degree in sociology. The Leawood, Kan., native is the son of longtime NFL personnel executive Terry Bradway, who is currently a personnel consultant with the Carolina Panthers.
