Neale Hood enters his second season in the NFL and with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2023 after joining the club in June 2022 as the club's Vice President of Partnership Development. In his role he helps direct all new sales efforts, as well as assists in renewal efforts for the organization.

Prior to joining the Chiefs, Hood spent more than a decade in partnership activation, business development and revenue generation at multiple stops in the motorsports industry. He was responsible for helping secure tens of millions of dollars in partnership and sponsorship agreements in that time.

He most recently served as the Senior Director of Partnerships for John Force Racing (2021-22), running the day-to-day sales operation and building out the racing team's initial commercial division. Prior to that stop, Hood spent three years (2018-20) as the Senior Director of Partnerships for Indianapolis Motor Speedway/INDYCAR, the premier level of open-wheel racing in North America.

He spent six years (2012-17) with two separate NASCAR teams, serving as the Director of Business Development and Marketing for Furniture Row Racing for three years (2015-17) and as the Director of Business Development for Michael Waltrip Racing (2012-15).

Hood had an initial stint at INDYCAR from 2010-12, serving as the Manager of Partner Strategy, running the INDYCAR Discover Card program and building a business-to-business platform for sales generation.
