2026 Junior Chiefs Cheer Program Information

As a member of the Junior Chiefs Cheerleaders program your child will laugh, learn, and grow in this life-changing, self-esteem building program. Let your child participate in a fun and non-competitive environment. The Junior Chiefs programs offer your child the chance to be a part of our halftime performance on the GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium, alongside the official 2026 Chiefs Cheerleaders.

Important Dates and Times

2026 Junior CC Schedule:

Locations:
YMCA Olathe:

  • 1:00 – 2:30pm

YMCA Parkville:

  • Noon – 1:30pm

Chiefs Fit Plaza will have 2 class time options:

  • Noon – 1:30pm
  • 2:00 - 3:30pm

Chiefs Fit Overland Park will have 2 class time options:

  • Noon – 1:30pm
  • 2:00 – 3:30pm

Class Dates for each location:

  • Saturday, June 27th
  • Saturday, July 18th
  • Saturday, July 25th
  • Saturday, August 8th
  • Friday, August 14th – Mandatory Dress Rehearsal 5:00 – 9:00pm
  • Saturday August 15th – Halftime Performance
  • Sunday, August 16th - Optional Picture Day
  • Saturday, August 22nd - End of season party

  • Must be 6 years old or older by dress rehearsal in order to participate.
  • Program includes:
    • Official Junior Chiefs Cheer Uniform
    • Official Junior Chiefs Cheer Poms
    • Jr.CC Practice Backpack
    • Jr.CC Practice T-Shirt
    • 4 Jr.CC Rehearsals your own Big Sis Chiefs Cheerleader
    • Dress Rehearsal Practice at the Official Chiefs Practice Facility
    • Halftime Performance at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium
    • Group Jr. CC Photo by official Chiefs Photographer.
    • One game ticket for the performer. *All family & friends that wish to watch the halftime performance at the game will need to purchase a game ticket to attend.*
