SALUTE TO SERVICE

Chiefs Recognize Master Sergeant Brittany Hall as This Week's Tribute to the Troops Honoree Presented by Crown Royal

Master Sergeant Hall has been a member of the Air Force for 13 years

They devote their lives to protecting those that they've never met, selflessly stepping forward to defend all that we hold dear in this country.

These individuals don't join the service for recognition or fame, it's just simply what they feel called to do, forgoing personal ambition to become a part of something much larger than themselves.

They're the brave few who make up our Armed Forces, and some of our nation's very best are right here in Chiefs Kingdom.

The Chiefs have a rich history of supporting our men and women in uniform throughout the years, including through the "Tribute to the Troops" program at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium, which recognizes the real heroes in our community during every home game.

That initiative will take place once again this week as Master Sergeant Brittany Hall will be recognized as the "Tribute to the Troops" honoree presented by Crown Royal during the Chiefs' matchup against the Houston Texans.

A member of the U.S. Air Force since 2012, Hall has been deployed to Jordan (in 2012) and Djibouti (in 2023) during her 13 years of service. Hall had an interest in law enforcement early in her career, and over the course of her time in the Air Force, that quickly developed into a primary focus – from base patrols to criminal investigations.

"In Jordan, we conducted airfield and air base defense operations and security," Hall said. "While in Africa, I led a team conducting fly away security missions, delivering assets and personnel to austere airfields throughout Eastern African countries."

Those roles came with a substantial amount of responsibility, and along the way, an opportunity to form lasting bonds with those she served alongside.

"The people I have served with have made my military career memorable," Hall said. "I have met some of the best people through the service and built lifelong friendships."

Hall credited many of those individuals for their support during her impressive career, but on Sunday night – as the Chiefs take on the Texans – it'll be the community's turn to thank Hall for all that she has given to our country.

"It has been a privilege to service in the U.S. Air Force, and specifically as a Security Forces Defender," Hall said. "As a Missouri native and a Chiefs fan, it's an honor to be recognized in front of my family and Chiefs Kingdom."
