Chiefs Announce Details for Fan Appreciation Game Against Los Angeles Chargers

The Kansas City Chiefs have announced details for the club's annual Fan Appreciation Game presented by Chiefs Kingdom Rewards at Arrowhead Stadium. The game will take place on Saturday, Dec. 16, when the Chiefs host the divisional rival Los Angeles Chargers at 7:30 p.m.

"We have the loudest fans in the NFL and they make Arrowhead one of the toughest stadiums for teams to travel to," Chiefs President Mark Donovan said. "Our Fan Appreciation Game is one way we are able to thank the Sea of Red for coming out to Arrowhead and for the continuous support they show us."

The Chiefs will be awarding and distributing various items for fans in attendance as part of the celebration.

Prior to the game beginning on Dec. 11, Chiefs Kingdom Rewards offered 50 fans a pair of game tickets. Some of the items that will be awarded to fans include: a Ford truck giveaway by CommunityAmerica Credit Union, an autographed lawn mower from Bad Boy Mowers, Chiefs Pro Shop gift cards and autographed jerseys. Hy-Vee will be giving away toboggan hats to the first 20,000 fans who enter the gates at Arrowhead.

Activities that will be offered that day include: a Season Ticket Member tailgate, a spot in the pregame introduction tunnel and Locker Room Club access.

In addition to the above, Season Ticket Members who have their mobile ticket scanned for entry at the gate prior to kickoff will automatically be entered to win prizes, which include tickets to one of the 2018 Arrowhead Events concerts and the grand prize will be a trip for two to Super Bowl LII in Minneapolis.
