Chiefs And PlayVS Team Up for First-Ever Game On! Youth Gaming Event at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Kansas City Chiefs are leveling up youth engagement this fall with Game On!, a first-of-its-kind video gaming experience that blends competition, education, and community connection. Presented by G.E.H.A and powered by PlayVS, the nation's premier amateur esports platform, the event will take place Saturday, Oct. 25, from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.

Whether you're a Chiefs fan and gamer in Kansas City or across the country, you can join in on the fun by purchasing an in-person ticket or taking part virtually from home. Tickets are on-sale now at www.chiefs.com/kids/gameon – priced at $10 for guests 18 and under and $5 for adult chaperones. Virtual participation is free and requires no ticketing. Please note, children 12 and under must be accompanied by a guardian age 18 or older.

Designed for teens and families, Game On! will feature interactive gaming stations, live-streamed competitions, educational workshops, and special appearances from Chiefs Legends and gaming personalities. Fans will also have the chance to win prizes and connect virtually through live broadcasts.

Event highlights include:

  • Gaming Competitions:
    • Madden NFL 26 Mini-Game Challenge – Compete in "The Gauntlet" for leaderboard glory and hourly prizes.
    • Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout – Join family friendly competitions with prizes for top performers.
    • Rocket League Free Play – Battle it out in 1v1, 2v2, or 3v3 matchups.
  • Educational Zones: Hands-on workshops exploring careers in gaming, including interactive sessions on streaming, shoutcasting, and content creation.
  • Special Guests: Chiefs Legends Marc Boerigter (10 a.m.–12 p.m.), Gehrig Dieter (12–2:15 p.m.), and Dezman Moses (2:15–4 p.m.) will be on-site to meet fans and join in the fun, alongside gaming influencer Jacki Jing and players from Kansas City's professional esports gaming team, the Kansas City Pioneers.
  • Virtual Play: Fans outside Kansas City can join the action through custom online lobbies, livestream Q&As, prize giveaways and a chance to compete against Pro Rocket League players Kronovi and JKnaps.

As an added bonus, one lucky in-person attendee and one virtual participant will each win two tickets to an upcoming Chiefs home game, bringing even more excitement to the day's festivities.
