A trip to Arrowhead Stadium is unlike any other in professional sports.
USA Network's Darren McMullen is bringing that experience into homes across the country on Monday night as part of the season finale of NFL Football Fanatic.
The show follows McMullen, a native of Scotland who rose to fame as the host of The Voice Australia, as he embraces a different fan base each week in pursuit of a team to call his own.
His visit to Kansas City included a sampling of local barbeque with some Chiefs Ambassadors, a chance to ride Warpaint, being on the field prior to kickoff and, last but certainly not least, an opportunity to go up against Chiefs' defensive tackle Chris Jones.
McMullen came up with the idea for the show himself, citing his desire to adopt an NFL team while also exploring what makes each corner of the United States unique.
The Chiefs were one of eight teams featured in the show's first season, joining the Atlanta Falcons, Dallas Cowboys, Philadelphia Eagles, Seattle Seahawks, New York Giants, Green Bay Packers and Los Angeles Rams.
