- Second-year defensive lineman enters his second NFL season with the Chiefs in 2020.
- He became just the second player from Western Illinios University to be drafted by the Chiefs in franchise history. He joins E Jack Atcheson, who was selected with the first pick in the 1960 AFL Draft, making him the first draft pick in franchise history.
- Originally entered the NFL as the Chiefs third round (84th overall) pick of the 2019 NFL Draft.
